Peer Review Policy
Articles submitted for publication are initially reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and/or Associate Editors for scientific merit and conformity to the journal scope, style, and editorial policy. Manuscripts that clearly do not meet the criteria for publication may be rejected by the Editor-in-Chief without being sent for review. Manuscripts meeting these requirements are then peer-reviewed externally (single-blind peer review). Further correspondence with authors and reviewers is in compliance with the Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editor. The final decision (acceptance or rejection) is the responsibility of Editor-In-Chief.
